Kayleigh Cantrell – Co-Owner & Personal Trainer
Kayleigh Cantrell is the co-owner of Ryze Fitness and a certified personal trainer who’s passionate about helping people get stronger, leaner, and more confident. She specializes in strength training, fat loss, and high-energy HIIT workouts, with a focus on glutes and core.

Kaycey – Strength Training Coach
Kaycey leads a mix of strength training and HIIT classes at Ryze Fitness, including our early morning 5 AM strength sessions. Known for her bubbly personality and kind heart, she creates an encouraging and uplifting environment while helping members build strength, endurance, and confidence.

Allison – Strength Training Coach
Allison leads our strength training classes at Ryze Fitness, with a strong focus on proper form and technique. She’s passionate about teaching members how to lift safely and effectively, helping build confidence, strength, and long-term results.

Kirstin – HIIT Training Coach
Kirstin is a dedicated HIIT trainer at Ryze Fitness who brings high energy and motivation to every class. She specializes in glute-focused workouts, helping members build strength, shape, and confidence. Her classes are designed to push you, challenge you, and deliver real results—no matter your fitness level.

Our certified personal trainers will work with you to create a customized workout plan based on your fitness goals and abilities. They will provide guidance and motivation to help you achieve your desired results.

Our gym is equipped with the latest and greatest workout equipment, including strength machines, cardio, cold plunge, sauna and more. We have everything you need to get in shape and stay healthy.

We offer a variety of FREE group fitness classes, including Strength, HIIT, and more. Our experienced instructors will guide you through each workout and help you stay motivated.

We believe that nutrition is a crucial part of living a healthy lifestyle. That's why we offer nutrition coaching services to help you make better food choices and achieve optimal health.
